Amazing and gluttonous!
Don't worry - I didn't eat it all in one sitting. I'm guessing it will take three.
I had a $20 "bonus card" to use up at Carrabba's before this Thursday. It's the only chain restaurant I can support. I think the way the card works, it just takes 20 bucks off your bill, but you don't get change or anything. I had to make sure to use up the whole amount just in case!
Spaghetti and meatballs is my usual. It comes with minestrone soup. To make my $20, I also ordered the Johnny Rocco salad, which has delicious grilled shrimp and scallops, roasted red peppers, olives and ricotta cheese. They also throw in the bread, olive oil, and those little spices that I love that you'd get if you were dining in the restaurant.
Good thing I asked them to pack two sets of silverware; wouldn't want them to think I'm going to eat it all myself.
