As always, it's a food weekend with friends, parked in front of the TV or computer. This year, Becca and I recreated our favorite Postino bruschetta.
Apples + brie + figs + pistachios. Pretty close to the real thing. I'll be getting the real stuff in about a month though. It'll be good.
And of course there's the conference waffles. We even had homemade coconut whip cream. Top that.
We ate all that food, but we were reminded of some important things, too.
